  1. Sunglasses USA does not issue refunds.
  2. Sunglasses USA will exchange your purchase within 7 days of the original sale. The item must be returned in new condition and be accompanied by its original packaging and store receipt.
  3. Any in-store credit card sale over $100 must be accompanied by the purchaser's license or valid photo i.d. (passport or state i.d.). Traveler's checks require the same plus one additional form of identification. We ask for this information to protect our valued customers from unauthorized charges. Thank you for your cooperation.
  4. Sunglasses USA accepts the following forms of payment: mastercard, visa, american express, and cash. We are sorry we cannot accept personal checks.
  5. All sale items are final sale items and cannot be exchanged or returned.
  6. All warranties are manufacturer's warranties, and thus, are to be handled directly by each individual manufacturer. While Sunglasses USA does not offer warranty services, we will gladly assist you in contacting the appropriate company and preparing your claim.
